Reporting to the International Account Managers within the L’Oréal Paris Country Management Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Account Team as we drive the strategy and global communications behind local market projects across all beauty categories - skincare, makeup, haircare & color, and corporate brand initiatives.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, coordination, and cross-cultural collaboration

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO :
- Get the Big Picture: Dive into the L’Oréal Paris x McCann partnership to understand the global business landscape and the unique needs of both top-tier and emerging markets.
- Be in the Know: Join country calls to gather updates across the entire project journey - from local briefs and strategic insights to creative development and final asset delivery.
- Spot the Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of beauty and disruptive brand activity, and co-lead the creation of our bi-weekly trend newsletter.
- Collaborate Across the Board: Work closely with a variety of stakeholders including DMI & Country Account teams, Creative, Digital, Production, and Finance.
- Keep Us Organized: Support our Asset Manager with organization tools like Assets+—from uploading materials and tracking requests to sending out release communications.
- Make It Happen: Help coordinate team and country meetings, and keep our contact distribution lists up to date.
Profil recherché
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR ?
- Student from Business school, Communications, or a related field
- Fluent in English and french, with strong writing and communication skills
- Global mindset and international experience/ exposure
- Passionate about beauty, branding, and creative advertising
- Sociable, proactive, and a true team player
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in advertising, marketing, or communications is a plus
Creative energy and curiosity are a must
